BY CAR:
Coming from Rotterdam
1. Take the A20 motorway and after passing Schiedam, keep to your right and follow
the signs marked A4 Ring Rotterdam / Europoort / Zierikzee.
2. The A4 motorway turns left over the A20.
3. Stay in the right lane and leave the A4 via exit 16 marked Schiedam/Vlaardingen-
Oost.
4. At the traffic lights, turn right in the direction of Vlaardingen.
After 50 m, turn right at the traffic lights (Vlaardingen-Oost / Station).
5. Than turn directly right again in the turn to the left, towards the construction site
of the Bastion Hotel down the hill (see the big white containers on top of each
other).

Coming from Maassluis
1. Take the A20 motorway and after passing the exits marked Vlaardingen-West,
Vlaardingen-Centrum and Vlaardingen-Holy, keep to your right and follow the
signs marked A4 Ring Rotterdam / Europoort / Zierikzee.
2. Stay in the right lane and leave the A4 motorway via exit 16 marked
Schiedam/Vlaardingen-Oost.
3. At the traffic lights, turn right in the direction of Vlaardingen.
4. After 50 m, turn right at the traffic lights (Vlaardingen-Oost / Station).
5. Than turn directly right again in the turn to the left, towards the construction site
of the Bastion Hotel down the hill with a curve to the left (see the big white
containers on top of each other).

Coming from the south via the Benelux tunnel
1. Stay on the right lane of the A4 motorway when passing through the Benelux
tunnel, and after leaving the tunnel take your first exit (16).

2. At the traffic lights, turn right in the direction of Vlaardingen, and continue
straight on at the next set of traffic lights.
3. After 50 m, turn right at the traffic lights (Vlaardingen-Oost / Station).
4. Than turn directly right again in the turn to the left, towards the construction site
of the Bastion Hotel down the hill with a curve to the left (see the big white
containers on top of each other).

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Train: take the train (“sprinter”) to Maassluis West from platform 1B and get out at the
station “Vlaardingen Oost”. From there it is a 5 minute walk.
1. Exit the station and turn right, but stay on the left side of the road. You are
currently on the Mr. L.A. Kesperweg.
2. When you almost reach the traffic lights, turn left in the turn to the right and walk
towards the construction site of the Bastion Hotel down the hill with a curve to the
left (see the big white containers on top of each other).

Metro: take the Calland line to Spijkenisse, get out at the subway station “Vijfsluizen”:
1. Walk underneath the motorway in the direction of Vlaardingen;
2. After the first traffic light walk to the right and turn right again immediately in the
turn to the left towards the construction site of the Bastion Hotel down the hill
with a curve to the left (see the big white containers on top of each other).

*** Follow the road, that bends to the left and is a bit downhill, walk or drive by
the construction site and enter the little gate by foot or through the big open
gate a little further by car, where you turn left. The building of Rotterdam Circus
Arts is at your right hand.
The entrance is at the first stairs on your right hand where the cars are usually
parked. You can park there too. The office is when entering left all the way to
the end of the hall behind the second door on your left hand after the second
swining doors.
