The Institute has adopted new teaching methods focusing on developinganalytical reasoning abilities as well as practical skills and knowledge of relevant disciplines. In order to improve thelearning experience, Biztek considers it important to find out how the students are learning and how they view theirlearning environment. Students differ in their learning styles and they also differ in their views of what constitutes "goodteaching". Student's feedback, gained through evaluation, has helped teachers to improve both their own teaching, andthe learning experiences of their students.
