7 Temperature controlMPW-352R/RH onlyCentrifuge is equipped in ecological refrigerating system with temperature control. Duringcentrifugation, there may appear differences in temperature on the display and temperature of thesamples in the rotor. It depends on thermal conductivity of the rotor, and samples and centrifugationtime.Exemplary change of TEMP setting:• Press SET (to enter edit mode).• With ▲▼◄► keys mark TEMP fold(blinking). Press SET.• Set demanded value by pressing ▲▼.• Confirm set value by pressing SET.• Leave edit mode by pressing BACK.• When chamber is being cooled orheated, symbol is visible on thescreen (blinking).7.1 Initial cooling (R/RH) or heating (RH) with centrifuging90 2500RPM• In order to centrifuge preparations of a lowered temperature (deposited inthe outside refrigerator) it is necessary to make initial refrigerating of thechamber, the rotor and containers, to the set low temperature, in order tominimise the difference of temperatures• Initial cooling/heating function can be activated by executing PROGRAM99.Parameters:• TEMPERATURE,• SPEED: 90 2500 RPM,• TIME.Initial cooling/heating functions can be terminated anytime by pressingSTOP key.29
