Amen.I Delanah T Wheeler, wife of Royal Wheeler of Scott Township, County of Wayne, State of Pennsylvania, being ofsound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the soul to make publish and declare this to be my last willand testament in and following.First, I resign my Soul into the hands of the Almighty God hoping and believing in the remissions of my sins bythe merits and meditation of Jesus Christ and my body I commit to the earth to be buried at the discretion of myexecutor hereinafter named and my worldly Estate I give and bequeath as follows.First: I give and devise unto my beloved husband Royal Wheeler the house, lot and premises where he and myfamily now reside situated near a little village called Baltimon in Scott Township Wayne County and State ofPennsylvania and for a more particular description of said lot and premises reference had to a deed of said premisesexecuted by Lotetta Dickinson and Charles A Dickinson her husband to the said Delanah T Wheeler on the25th day of February 1858 the said Royal his heirs and assigns forein subjects honor to a mortgage on said premisesgiven by the said Delanah T Wheeler to the said Charles A Dickinson now owned and held by MarroineWheeler for whatsoever then may be due hereon.Second: I assign and bequeath to my son Ebenezer F Wheeler and my daughters Martha Harriet Wheeler andEmily Adeline Wheeler all the rights title and intent that’s of now and in the real and personal estate at HalesEddy, Broome County, NY or in Deposit village Delaware County New York which was willed by my beloved sisterHarriet Dickenson now deceased of them and their heirs and assigns forever to be equally divided between them.
Third: I give and bequeath to my daughters Martha and Emily Adaline twenty seven sheep which I had now let toWilliam Burrows of Thompkins Delaware County NY to be equally divided between them out in case the saidBurrows shale fail to deliver to my said children the said sheep at the firation of the term for which he took themthere I will and bequeath to them the value of said sheep and any and all claims and demands that I might or couldhave had against Burrows for said sheep had I of lind to have made to be equally divided between them.Fourth: I give and bequeath to my said daughters Martha Harriet and Emily Adaline all my wearing apparel bedsand bedding and all my household furniture of every name and nature except for pairs of stocking which I give andbequeath to my daughter Hannah Mariah Barlow and Laura Jane Travis each of them one pair.Fifth: I give and bequeath to Live Smith and Adelia M Smith children of my daughters Hannah Mariah andVirginia J Wheeler daughter of my son Edgar Wheeler each of them one sheep out of those which I have left let toWilliam Burrows as foresaid and also bequeath to them any/ all liens that I might have against said Burrowsforsaid sheep in case he fails to declare them in any event.Sixth: I give and bequeath to my sons Edgar Adduis Wheeler and George Royal Wheeler ten dollars each to be paidto them by my said son Ebenezer F. Wheeler out of his interest in the real and personal estate given and devusedwhen by me as foresaid.Seventh: I devise and bequeath to my two daughters Martha Harriet and Emily Adaline named all the rest residualof my real and personal estate of very name and nature that I may own at my disease to be equally divided betweenthem after my debts and funeral expenses are paid.Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Ebenezer F Wheeler sole executor of this my last will andtestament and thereby authorize and empower my said executor to carry out and fulfill all contract and agreementsby me and to execute all deeds and writings under said or otherwise of it shall be come necessary in order to do thesame and thereby declare this to be my last will and testament hereby making all former wills by me made witnesswhereof this here into set my hand this 9th day of August 1891 Delanah F Wheeler [LS}The above instrument cousinty of me short at the date hereof declared to be the testing D.F.
