Chemical tests have been performed, awaiting resultsfor dredging.Moved L Domaschenz that the correspondence from DavidHutchison be received.Seconded M McInerneyCarriedREPORTSFinancial ReportMoved R Dell’Antonio that the Financial Report May <strong>2012</strong> bereceived.Seconded L DomaschenzCarriedNOTICE OF MOTIONMoved R Dell’Antonio that the <strong>Robe</strong> District Councilauthorises the transfer of the Evans Cave Land, (63 EvansCave Road, Lot 101, Hd Waterhouse), from the <strong>Marina</strong>account back to the Council account and make thenecessary adjustments.Seconded M McInerneyCarriedGENERALHarbour Master ReportThe electrical connections in box at fuel wharf will be moved tothe outside of the box, and an on/off switch will be placed insideand the box will be locked. Hopefully this will deter long periodsof mooring on this part of the wharf by professional fishermen.The Ace of Hearts vessel caused some damage to the fuel wharfduring the last storm. Vessel’s owner is willing to pay for repairs.BreakwaterThere have been discussions with Lucas Earthmovers, the<strong>Committee</strong> has decided to defer any further decisions until newChief Executive Officer, Mr Roger Sweetman, commencesemployment at Council.
