Within 12 months <strong>of</strong>the date the tower ceases to operate as part <strong>of</strong> an authorized cellular system, the tower musteither be removed from the site, or a certificate <strong>of</strong> occupancy must be obtained to allow anotherpermitted use <strong>of</strong> the tower.
