That Section 51-2.102, “Definitions,” of Article II, “Interpretations andDefinitions,” of Chapter 51, “Dallas Development Code: Ordinance No. 10962, as amended,” ofthe Dallas City Code is amended by adding a new Paragraph (60.3) to read as follows:“(60.3) LODGING USE means any use listed in Section 51-4.216.1.”SECTION 5. That Paragraph (67.1) entitled, “Manufactured Home,” and Paragraph(67.2), “Manufactured Home District,” of Section 51-2.102, “Definitions,” of Article II,“Definitions and Interpretations,” of Chapter 51, “Dallas Development Code: Ordinance No.10962, as amended,” of the Dallas City Code are amended to read as follows:“(67.2)[(67.1)] MANUFACTURED HOME means a structuretransportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis, and which isdesigned for use with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the requiredutilities. In this chapter, the term “manufactured home” includes, but is not limited to, HUD-codemanufactured homes and mobile homes.(67.3)[(67.2)] MANUFACTURED HOME DISTRICT means the MHdistrict established under this chapter.”SECTION 6.
