INTRODUCTION TO TSUBAKI CUSTOM CHAINTSUBAKI Custom Chain is Made To Order chain for any special application or requirement.This includes special drive chain, attachment chain and large size conveyor chainaccording to DIN/ISO standard as well as any chain made on customer’s request.TSUBAKI offers a sensible and highly functional line-up of various types of conveyorchain and roller base chain for perfect compatibility with the attachments yourapplication requires.Custom Made Drive ChainCustom made drive chains are special chains for non-standardapplications in either normal or special environmental conditions.These chains form an extension of our standard Drive Chainprogram and contain heavy duty lube free, corrosion resistantand low and high temperature chains.Custom Made Large Size Conveyor ChainLarge size conveyor chains are big pitch chains. As our productrange is mainly focussed on Made To Order chains, your specialrequirements are our standard. Our products are manufacturedaccording to your particulars, but we can also develop a completelynew solution for your application. We are able to providealmost any type of conveyor chain currently in demand.We supply conveyor chain according to DIN, ISO and Tsubakistandards.Custom Made Attachment ChainThis small size conveyor chain is widely used in a variety of industriessuch as food and beverages, electronics, automotive, agriculture andpackaging.These TSUBAKI designed chains combine with attachments or specialchain parts to take on a wide range of conveying assignments.Attachment Chains other than listedTsubaki has a lot more attachment chain available than listed.If, however, the chain you require is not available, it can promptlybe manufactured.Customised Pre-Lubrication ServiceProper lubrication is the key to extend the life and improve theperformance of a chain.
