The camp will emphasize the fundamentalsof basketball through skill teaching,competitions, and games. It is our goal that thelessons of discipline, teamwork, and commitmentwill provide our campers with the desireto become better basketball players.Head coach - Nick ArgentatiAssistant coaches - Dave Meiner, Sam Guilford,Gary Argentati, Matt Thompson, and John ValeriusCurrent and former Badin Basketball playersWHAT TO EXPECT?The players will be divided into teaching groupsaccording to grade level. Each day begins withstretching and warm-up drills. The playersthen progress through a series of stationswhich teach skills including: ball handling,shooting form, cutting & screening, one on onemoves, rebounding, on ball & help defense, offensive& defensive footwork, and team offense/defense.Campers are asked to wearcomfortable basketball shoes, shorts, and a T-shirt.CAMP FEATURESEach camper will receive a camp T-shirt alongwith individual instruction concentrating on thefundamentals of basketball.
