Code of Conduct for Members of the Roundtable on Sustainable PalmOil. 84. <strong>RSPO</strong> New Plantings Procedure 9 (for newly established plantations since2010).5. <strong>RSPO</strong> Certification Systems. 106. <strong>RSPO</strong> Rules established for Trade <strong>and</strong> Traceability <strong>and</strong> forCommunication <strong>and</strong> Claims. 117. <strong>RSPO</strong> Statutes <strong>and</strong> By-laws. 12What do I need to submit tomake a <strong>complaint</strong>? 13Complainants need to be made using the template provided at http://www.rspo.org/en/<strong>complaint</strong>s_form. Note that at this stage, the burden of proof ison the complainant. Information to be provided includes the following:1. Name <strong>and</strong> contact details of the party submitting the <strong>complaint</strong>.2. Party against whom the <strong>complaint</strong> is being raised.18
