Phase 1
Add Phase 1 CM 1000 to the main mixing vessel, begin high speed propeller mixing. Sprinkle in the TMS
803, allow the TMS 803 to fully dissolve until clear and no lumps remain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing
well after each addition.

CM 1000: Imparts a soft cushiony feel to the skin. Due to its composition, it combines
the properties of the low-viscosity, volatile Cyclopentasiloxane and the extremely
high-viscosity Dimethiconol.
TMS 803: Adds a kiss proof, long lasting transfer resistant protective film.
DM 60,000: High weight Dimethicone offers cushion and will coat the skin with a
lubricious film, adding softness, reducing transepidermal water loss and maintaining
a soft, supple feeling.
PDM 20: Phenyl Dimethicones are most widely used as shine enhancing additives.
Additionally, they provide an anti-tack benefit to formulations.
Radia 7750: Readily biodegradable natural ester from the bio-fermentation of
sugar beets offers excellent sensory profile, skin compatibility, good solvating
power and improved spreadability with a dry lubricating feel.
