Thelarge majority of recommendations are in Categories 1, 2 and 4, with the exception ofrecommendations to WEOG, in which 50% fell into Categories 3 and 5. Similarly there is a 94%acceptance rate for all recommendations made to Africa, Asia and GRULAC, compared to 76%for EEG and only 41% for WEOG.22
