The QMS/CMS should record and track these non-compliances with a view to rectifying the problems.Resolving some non-compliances can be an expensive and protracted business. Can the regulators pleaseprovide guidance as to how these non-compliances are viewed as part of recurrent evaluations and what actionthey could be expected to take for long standing non-compliances where no corrective action has taken place andno evidence exists of a plan of action to rectify these items?Regulatory comments, please.Value of Resolution: Determine the Focus of Effort for the Resolution of these Issues
