CornerZahack’sTonight after dinner, myfriend and I were seated in atypical Mallu Boofia (Bakery)having coffee and just besideus were 2-3 teenagersmaking fun of every passerbyby making faces ormimicking voice; and theywere making fun of us either.I saw my friend buying 3Apple Juice cans and thenheading toward them, itlooked risky situation, but he told 'Salaam Alaikum - Peacebe upon you' and then gave those cans to each one ofthem. They were agape at the situation and kept silent for awhile.Try something out of ordinary by gifting those who mockyou!!In the Maghrib salahtoday, a very old Saudiman who could hardlywalk with his stick wasaccompanied by son tothe Masjid. The sightwas delightful as theson held both hands ofhis father and gave himstrength to walk.The more delightful sight was this old man did not stayback at home for prayers rather came to Masjid, comewhat may.In the era, where sons disobey their parents andcontemptuously talk to them, this gentleman stands as avivid example of an obedient son.My friend Khalil and I were strolling after dinner and found agroup of 4-5 African kids. Khalil stopped for a while andaffectionately gave a kiss with hand to a kid; and the kid smiledback.I noticed his act keenly, the way he showed affection to a darkcomplexioned kid.Why do we always call fair complexioned children with chubbycheek and curly hair as 'CUTE KID', while we don't regard darkcomplexioned kids as 'CUTE'?I was in my officetoday in Saudi Arabiaand I could see all the'Gorras - Whites' fromAmerica and Britain.As a company's policy,employees have toshare their personald e t a i l s l i k e t h edetails mentioned inthe Iqama with theirco-workers for integrity or someone other purpose. But I wassurprised to see the names to be John, Fredrick, Paul, Tom, Jimbut their religion in the resident permit shows 'ISLAM'.SubhanAllah, long live Islam and long live those who promoteit!!Don't seek knowledge to kick someone in Hell, but seekknowledge to save yourself and others from Hell.Bakhabar30
