In each instance the individuals remuneration is paid net of taxation which theagency pays directly to HMRC.The Department of Health also requires NHS bodies to report any new off-payroll engagementscommencing between 23 August 2012 and 31 March 2013, for more than £220 per day and for longerthan 6 months.
