PREMATURE PUBLICATION OF EVIDENCEThe evidence taken before any Select or Special Committee and documentspresented to or a report prepared by such committee shall not be published bya member <strong>the</strong>re<strong>of</strong> or by any o<strong>the</strong>r person before such time as <strong>the</strong> committeeshall have presented its report to Parliament or <strong>the</strong> Minister has tabled <strong>the</strong>report as <strong>the</strong> case may be.75. ATTENDANCE AT COMMITTEES(1) Members <strong>of</strong> Parliament nominated in accordance with order 68(4) toserve on a Select Committee or Special Committee shall be entitled toremuneration or allowances for so attending only in accordance with <strong>the</strong>provisions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Parliamentary Financial Rules from time to time inforce.(2) The Speaker, who for this purpose may consult with <strong>the</strong> Chairman <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> Committee concerned, may, if any member fails without goodreason to attend <strong>the</strong> meetings <strong>of</strong> any committee to which he has beenappointed, reprimand that member in respect <strong>of</strong> his failure to attend.(3) If, after receiving two such reprimands, <strong>the</strong> member again fails withoutgood reason to attend <strong>the</strong> meetings <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> committee, <strong>the</strong> Speaker may,after giving <strong>the</strong> member an opportunity to be heard, order <strong>the</strong> Clerk todeduct from any salary or allowances <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> member which may be dueto <strong>the</strong> member by virtue <strong>of</strong> his membership a sum <strong>of</strong> money, notexceeding ten dollars in respect <strong>of</strong> each meeting which <strong>the</strong> member hasfailed to attend and to pay such moneys into <strong>the</strong> Consolidated Fund.PART OMISCELLANEOUS MATTERS76. ELECTION OF GOVERNOR-GENERALIf Parliament shall consider that it be necessary to hold an election beforemaking an address to <strong>the</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> State in accordance with section 27 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>Constitution, such election shall be carried out in <strong>the</strong> manner prescribed byorder 5, save only that nomination papers shall be issued to Members not lessthan three clear days before <strong>the</strong> date fixed for <strong>the</strong> election.77. EMPLOYMENT OF MEMBERS IN PROFESSIONAL CAPACITYNo Member shall appear before Parliament or a committee <strong>the</strong>re<strong>of</strong> as a legalpractitioner acting for or on behalf <strong>of</strong> any person or o<strong>the</strong>rwise in a capacity forwhich he is to receive a fee or award.78. DECLARATION AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INTEREST(1) Every Member shall, not later than <strong>the</strong> day before he makes his oath <strong>of</strong>allegiance pursuant to section 63 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Constitution, submit to <strong>the</strong>Speaker a written declaration <strong>of</strong> all shares and interests he may have inany company or business undertaking that has any contract with <strong>the</strong>
