Afterpreparation the material possesses an amorphous structureand after special subsequent activation treatments (chemicalDescriptionENcorrosion and crystallization by oxidation and reductionreactions) the material has a porous structure consisting ofnanocrystalline Ni metallic particles, finely andhomogeneously dispersed in a zirconium oxide matrix withtetragonal structure. The Ni-Zr catalytic material, with acomplex porous structure, is used for environment protectionapplications (Co oxidation, NO decomposition).DescriereROInvenţia se referă la un material catalitic Ni-Zr sub formă debenzi obţinut prin răcirea rapidă din topitură pe un disc înrotaţie în atmosferă protectoare de heliu. Acest material dupăpreparare are structură amorfă iar după aplicarea unortratamente de activare speciale (corodarea chimică şicristalizarea prin reacţii de oxidare şi reducere) are ostructură poroasă formată din particule metalicenanocristaline de Ni, fin şi uniform dispersate într-o matricede oxid de zirconium cu structură tetragonală. Materialulcatalitic Ni-Zr cu acestă structură poroasă complexă esteutilizat pentru aplicaţii de protectie a mediului (oxidarea CO,descompunerea NO).30
