Chemistry FacultyPending MD0154/2008The problem that invention is solved reside in broading areaof natural bioactive agents, through the discovery of a newclass of steroidic derivatives of vegetal origin, withsignificantly antitumoral properties ( RTM = 77%, dose 40mg/kg/day, 7 days ); this new compoud is non-toxic, easy tobe obtained, cheap and doesn’t manifest secundary effects.Problema pe care o rezolva inventia consta in largireaspectrului de agenti naturali bio activi, prin promovarea unuinou compus biologic activ din clasa glicozidelor steroidicede origine vegetala, cu proprietati antitumorale semnificative( RTM = 77%, doza 40mg/kg/zi, timp de 7 zile); noulcompus este netoxic, ieftin, usor de obtinut si nu manifestaefecte secundare.63
