16Building heightsThe majority of buildings in the vicinity of the site are twostoreyalthough there are a number of three andfour storey buildings on Marine Parade and in the centreof Lee-on-the-Solent.Within the site the industrial buildings tend to be onevery tall storey, rising to around 10m.
