Acclaimed band‘bohola’ and other local music legendswill join the student musicians.A concert that features generationsof traditional Ir<strong>is</strong>h musicians andaptly named “Ó Ghlúin go Glúin”(“from generation to generation”,pronounced “Oh ghl-oo-in guh glooin”)will be held Jan. 28 in Chicago’sGaelic Park to benefit The Ir<strong>is</strong>h <strong>Music</strong>School of Chicago. The school,founded by renowned fiddler SeanCleland, <strong>is</strong> dedicated to teaching andpreserving Ir<strong>is</strong>h musical traditions.The event will feature a 45-minuteconcert by the young and olderstudents of The Ir<strong>is</strong>h <strong>Music</strong> Schoolof Chicago.
