Mr. Egan is a member of the American Law Institute and is a formerChairman of the Texas Bus<strong>in</strong>ess Law Foundation, of which he is currently a director and executive committeemember. He is also a former Chairman of the Bus<strong>in</strong>ess Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and formerChairman of that section’s Corporation Law Committee.
