Fresh Start Thrive Over 55 Fitness<br />

Strength training and balance exercises are essential<br />

as you get older and our carefully supervised program<br />

offers you the chance to not only reduce the risk of age<br />

related muscular deterioration, but also the possibility<br />

to get back some of the freedom and confidence you<br />

deserve.<br />
