WINE COUNTRY NEWSWINE COUNTRY THIS WEEK5th Annual Taste of the Central Coast –An Elegant <strong>Wine</strong> & Food Tasting BenefitThe Family Care Network will be celebrating 21years of serving the Central Coast at the 5th AnnualTaste of the Central Coast held at the Cypress RidgePavilion in Arroyo Grande on Sunday, September14 from 3 to 6:30 p.m. The Taste of the CentralCoast is an elegant fine food and wine tasting eventthat showcases local talent while raising funds tosupport the local foster and high-needs childrenand families served by the Family Care Network.<strong>This</strong> year’s Taste of the Central Coast will featuretwenty-six top savory and pastry chefs from establishmentssuch as Windows on the Water, Lido andThe Park, as well as sixteen vintners from wineriessuch as Castoro Cellars and Laetitia Vineyards.Held again at the Cypress Ridge Pavilion in ArroyoGrande, guests will enjoy beautiful and lushsurroundings while listening to the live music of“Wholly Jazz.” Guests will also participate in asilent and live auction, featuring exciting itemssuch as a week stay in San Miguel de AllendeMexico and a SLO eGo electric vehicle, in additionto weekend getaways and unique varieties ofCentral Coast wine. <strong>This</strong> year’s auction will onceagain be presented by Auctioneer Scott Vernonwith hosts Chad and Andy from Cat <strong>Country</strong> 96.1.By combining fine food, wine, music and thecommunity, the Taste of the Central Coast hasbecome a premier event supporting local foster andhigh-needs children and families.<strong>This</strong> year’s event is sponsored by Bryan J.
