) The public relations offices of the OWCP, the Higher Court Department and the AppealsCourt Department shall prepare a brochure for the media relating to the procedure andconditions for the recording of main hearings, and publish it on their web pages.7. Application of the Strategy and MonitoringFor the purpose of monitoring the efficiency and quality of the implementation of the measuresfrom the Strategy and assessment of the results achieved, the Government of Serbia shall establish amonitoring body, which will monitor and coordinate the work of all institutions responsible for theapplication of the measures.At the proposal of the Ministry of Justice, the Government of the Republic of Serbia will form a standingand professional Monitoring Body within 30 days from the day of the adoption of the Strategy, whichwill be tasked with monitoring the apllication of the Strategy. Representatives of the Ministry ofJustice, Ministry of the Interior, HCC and the SPC will be appointed to this Monitoring Body.7.1. Mode of operation and support to the work of the Monitoring Bodya) All institutions engaged in the execution of the measures prescribed by the Strategy shallreport twice a year to the Monitoring Body regarding the activities undertaken;b) The Monitoring Body shall meet twice a year;32c) The Monitoring Body shall file annual reports to the Government of Serbia on the executionof measures from the Strategy, which may contain proposals of further measures for theenhancement of the implementation of the strategic measures, or the definition of newspecific objectives. These proposals cannot be in contradiction with the existing objectives ofthe Strategy;d) The Monitoring Body shall have decided on the manner of participation of representatives ofthe civil society, media and international organizations in the process of Strategy applicationmonitoring;e) The Ministry of Justice shall provide professional, administrative and financial support for thework of the Monitoring Body.Humanitarian Law Center
