A form must be completed for all cash awards.Forms for all Bred-By-Exhibitor awards must be completed in the name of the breeder. In case ofmultiple breeders, it must be the first breeder indicated on the entry form. All other forms must becompleted in the name of the owner. In case of multiple owners, it must be the first owner indicatedon the entry form. Checks will be issued by Jack Onofrio Dog Shows, L.L.C. Each year the name of the dog, its owner(s) and breeder(s) will be engraved on a plate onthe base. This trophy will be on permanent display in the <strong>AKC</strong> Library. The winner of Best in Showwill receive a 15 1/4-inch engraved silverplated Revere bowl, and an 8 1/2-inch replica of theTiffany Loving Cup offered by The American Kennel Club. The Dog’s name and breed, its owner(s),breeder(s) will be engraved on a brass plate and added to the “Best in Show” plaque, which is onpermanent display at the <strong>AKC</strong>.<strong>Eukanuba</strong> Dog Foods offers the <strong>Eukanuba</strong> “Celebration of Champions” trophy, a 30-inch bronzestatue, created by James Gion, will be kept on permanent display with <strong>Eukanuba</strong> Dog Food. Eachyear a bronze representation of the <strong>National</strong> Champion will be created. The bronze representationof the three most recent <strong>National</strong> <strong>Championship</strong> BIS winners will be displayed on the statue.The winning dog will receive twelve 20 pound vouchers for <strong>Eukanuba</strong> Dog Food offered by<strong>Eukanuba</strong> Dog Foods.12 <strong>AKC</strong>/EUKANUBA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
