PARKINGOVERNIGHT PARKING RESERVATION FORM & POLICIES - December 2011PLEASE READ This OVERNIGHT PARKING RESERVATION FORM, RULES & PROCEDURES and RV PARKINGRATES SHEET in its ENTIRETY BEFORE FILLING OUT and MAILING FORM!!!There are a limited number of spaces available for overnight parking; all overnight parking is by reservationonly. Pullouts may only be used where sufficient space is available. The RV lots are located behind the exhibithalls in lots “B” & “C”. Please carefully fill out Reservation form COM-PLETELY!! All units must be self-contained. There is a three (3) night minimum. Parking fees includemandatory electric. No RV generators allowed at any time. All RV spaces are 20 feet wide.Spaces will be reserved in order of receipt of Reservation Applications and Fee and assigned by size of RV andnumber of days needed. A current email address must be included to receive confirmation of reservation. If youwish to park next to a particular party, please be sure to note that request on your application, however only RV’sof similar length will be guaranteed to be parked together. Exhibitors will be responsible for maintaining thecleanliness of their spaces, trash boxes will NOT BE PROVIDED. You must have trash bags neatly tied in aisle outsideof RV to be picked up by THE CREW. No open flame, grills, pits, or fires will be allowed on premises.Parking is solely at the applicant’s own risk. The applicant by submitting this application waives any andall claims and causes of action against The American Kennel Club, Inc., Brevard Kennel Club, Space CoastKennel Club of Palm Bay, Central Florida Kennel Club, Orlando Dog Training Club, The Crew Special EventStaffing, Orange County Convention Center and Orange County Florida, their employees, agents and volunteersrelated to loss of, or damage to the vehicle or its contents, including all claims and causes of actionarising out of the negligence of such parties.
