QUALIFYING CRITERIANEW: Eligibility for “Veterans” Seven years and older.We are pleased to announce that we have added a new eligibility to the Veterans whohave made a mark during their career. While the event can not offer a separate competitiondue to time constraints we will be sending invitations to any dog over seven yearson the day of the show to compete for Best of Breed and if eligible for the Best Bred-By-Exhibitor Award. A dog will need to meet one of the following criteria:• Winner of an All Breed Best in Show• Winner of a <strong>National</strong> Specialty• Ranked in the Top five in Breed any given year.Thank you to all those who contacted us to include these past winners and we look forwardto seeing some of these great dogs shine in the <strong>AKC</strong>/<strong>Eukanuba</strong> <strong>National</strong><strong>Championship</strong> for many years to come.***Please note: These Veterans must be “intact” since they might advance to compete inGroup and Best in Show competition. Spayed or Neutered dogs will not be eligible toenter.The <strong>AKC</strong>/<strong>Eukanuba</strong> <strong>National</strong> <strong>Championship</strong> is a specialevent, held to showcase the <strong>AKC</strong> breeders.
