2010 CLASS REUNIONSThe 2010 Class Reunions are set and reunion committees are gearing up for fun in the Sr. M. Paul McCaughey, O.P. Leadership Centerat <strong>Marian</strong> <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>. The Classes <strong>of</strong> 1970 and 1990 will hold their reunions on Saturday, September 18, 2010. The Classes<strong>of</strong> 1975, 1980, 1985, and 2000 will have their reunions on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Cost is $55 per person.Started last year, the five year reunion class is treated to a complimentary informal reunion sponsored by the <strong>Marian</strong> <strong>Catholic</strong> AlumniAssociation. The Class <strong>of</strong> 2005 is invited to gather in the Leadership Center on Friday, September 24, 2010 during the AlumniHomecoming Gathering. Doors will open for 2005 <strong>alumni</strong> at 8:30 p.m.The Alumni Homecoming Gathering is, however, open to all <strong>alumni</strong> and friends who wish to join us for pizza, beer, wine and beveragesfor a donation after the Homecoming Game. This year, our Spartans will face Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m.The Class <strong>of</strong> 1965 will hold their reunion on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Ravisloe Country Club in Homewood. Our deepest sympathy andprayerful support go out to the family <strong>of</strong> Paige and to all those who love her.Edward Krumb ’65 passed away May 31, 2010 in Prosser, Washington. Active in theFraternal Order <strong>of</strong> Eagles, and serving at both the district and state levels, Krumb wasnamed Mr. Eagle for 2006-2007. He lived by the Eagles’ motto, “People Helping People.”Harriet M. Kampe, mother <strong>of</strong> Dr. Carolyn J. Kampe ’62, and Joan (Kampe) Figg ’64and grandmother <strong>of</strong> Samuel Figg ’86 and Frederic Figg ’87, passed away in March.Many may remember Mrs. Kampe from the very earliest days <strong>of</strong> <strong>Marian</strong> <strong>Catholic</strong>when she worked in the bookstore. Carolyn remarked that her mother was always veryproud <strong>of</strong> being a part <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Marian</strong> community and enjoyed her experiences here.Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.May the souls <strong>of</strong> the faithful departed, through the mercy <strong>of</strong> God, rest in peace.
