I began to receive a lot ofappreciation and realized I could make a living from this!When did you get your first break in the highlycompetitive culinary world ?I started work as a Commis at the Hassler Roma, whichhas a history dating back to five-decades. I was lucky tobe working at such an iconic hotel at only 19 years ofage, serving an internationally acclaimed clientele.Within a year, I became Chef de Partie and then therewas no looking back.What made you move to London and how wasyour <strong>experience</strong> working there?London is the gastronomical capital of Europe with amultitude of innovative restaurants and worldrenowned chefs. It is a city one must go to, if one wantsto be world class. I spent five years there, working at LeGavroche (2 stars Michelin guide) under Chef MichelRoux.
