General Ticket Information<br />
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. You must be seated 15<br />
minutes prior to screening start time. After this time remaining seats may be sold.<br />
Back-to-Back Screenings in the Same Theater<br />
If you hold tickets to back-to-back screenings in the same theater, you may stay in<br />
the theater rather than join the ticket holder line. Similarly, Outpass holders who<br />
wish to attend consecutive screenings in the same theater may remain in the<br />
theater between screenings.<br />
Receiving Tickets Before The Festival<br />
All ticket orders and member badges processed online or over the phone will be<br />
available for pick up at the DGA Box Office (7920 Sunset Blvd.) starting on June 27<br />
(excluding July 3 & 4) We recommend that you pick up your tickets before July 7 to<br />
avoid long lines at Outfest <strong>2011</strong>.<br />
Receiving Tickets During The Festival<br />
Tickets not picked up prior to the festival or tickets ordered online or over the<br />
phone during the festival will be at the Box Office will-call desk on the day of your<br />
first program. Will-call opens one hour prior to the first program of the day at each<br />
venue. If tickets are not picked up they will be available at your next scheduled<br />
program. Member badges will only be available at the DGA Box Office.<br />
Same Day Sales<br />
Same day ticket sales are available exclusively at each Outfest <strong>2011</strong> venue Box<br />
Office, depending on availability. Each Box Office will open one hour prior to the<br />
scheduled screening time at each venue. Same day tickets will not be sold over the<br />
telephone or online. Same day sales (excluding the DGA) are cash or vouchers only.<br />
Vouchers<br />
Don’t know what to see? Want to give someone the gift of Outfest? Purchase<br />
vouchers in advance and exchange them for tickets at all festival venues.<br />
Vouchers are good for Regular Screenings (excludes Galas, Centerpieces,<br />
Legacy and Ford events).<br />

Vouchers are ONLY available for sale prior to Outfest <strong>2011</strong> online or by phone and during<br />
the festival at the DGA Box Office; however vouchers may be redeemed at all Outfest<br />
<strong>2011</strong> Regular Screening venues for a hard ticket pending space available. Vouchers can<br />
also be redeemed in the Rush Line for Stand By only screenings.<br />
Outpass Holders (Major Donors)<br />
Your Outpass gets you into all general programs unticketed. You will need to RSVP<br />
to 213.480.7044 to receive hard tickets for the Opening Night Gala and Closing Night.<br />
Stand By Ticket Sales<br />
Screenings for which advance tickets are no longer available will be listed as<br />
"Stand By". Stand by lines will form approximately one hour prior to the scheduled<br />
screening start time at the venue. Admission will begin 5 minutes prior to the<br />
scheduled program start time on a space available basis. Payment is allowed in<br />
cash or vouchers only.<br />
