<strong>Rosetta</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong>Midrange MICR Printer Maintenance ProgramsWarranty Service –Every new <strong>Rosetta</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> midrange MICR printer carries a warranty against anymanufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Warranty from ROSETTATECHNOLOGIES is provided for one year from date of purchase. During this warrantyperiod, ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES will replace or repair the product free of charge.Warranty for the RT9035 MICR printer is on-site, 5x9 Next Business Day. Warranty for theRT9022 MICR printer is Return to Depot. Return to Depot warranty requires the printer besent back to the ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES’ facility in Tampa, Florida, for repair. TheCustomer absorbs shipping costs to ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES, including insurance.Shipping costs for return of the printer to the Customer are paid by ROSETTATECHNOLOGIES, including insurance. ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES provides arepair/replace turnaround time of 10 working days.On-Site ServiceSpecial ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES’ service contracts are available through <strong>Bottomline</strong>,which satisfy critical on-site service requirements. Maintenance plans include 5x9 nextbusiness day, 5x9 same-day, and 7x24 service. ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES will providea 1-hour response telephone call 7X24 for problem determination, with a subsequent on-sitevisit, if required, by an Authorized ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES Service Technician eitherthe next business day or within 4 hours of ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES placing the servicecall with the local service provider, based on the contract.7x24 Hotline SupportDuring the warranty year, and under maintenance contract, ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIESprovides free telephone technical support services to all customers and network partners.ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES’ toll-free number, within the USA, is 1-800-937-4224. Thisservice is provided 7 days-per-week, 24 hours-per-day, 365 days a year.Contract Pricing –ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES contract prices are provided for SDOS (Same-Day/On-Site)and NDOS (Next-Day/On-Site) maintenance contracts available through <strong>Bottomline</strong>. Bothprograms are available during the initial warranty period (1 year), and after the initialwarranty period is complete.Preventative Maintenance Service –In combination with other onsite service, ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES offers PreventativeMaintenance Options to keep your printer properly cleaned and tested, and to have anAuthorized ROSETTA TECHNOLOGIES Service Technician install a Maintenance Kit.Your <strong>Bottomline</strong> representative can work with you to determine how many visits you willrequire on an annual basis. Preventative Maintenance is available for any ROSETTA


TECHNOLOGIES printer at a bundled price in combination with the annual servicecontracts, or can be contracted separately. Maintenance kits are additional.Time & Materials Service –During and after the warranty period, un-contracted onsite service can be quoted on a timeand materials basis.
