Directors’ Remuneration Report37Subsequent to his retirement from the Board the Group paid Geoff Muirhead £82,000 for consultancy services providedin his role as ambassador to the Group.Retirement BenefitsGeoff Muirhead is a member of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, a defined benefit scheme.
