Hinckley, Jr.October 26, 1942 - December 6, 2008Our colleague, John Hinckley was a civil servant in the truest sense of the term.Although his knowledge and experience encompassed an exceptional ability tounderstand and interpret facts and figures, he was a genuine humanitarian. Hisempathy and understanding of the needs of the individual citizens he represented washis most important contribution to the Town of Orleans. He was also a great mentor forother elected town officials throughout the Cape.
