5. Fines and PenaltiesAny person violating this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than twohundreddollars ($200.) for each offense, and may have his permit revoked. ADOPT PLEASANT BAY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATETo see if the Town will vote to adopt the 2008 Pleasant Bay Resource ManagementPlan Update developed in accordance with the Pleasant Bay Resource ManagementPlan adopted by the Town in 1998 and updated in 2003, and the IntermunicipalAgreement with the Towns of Chatham, Harwich and Brewster, originally authorized bythe Town in 1998 and re-authorized in 2003; and to authorize the Board of Selectmen toenter into a successor Intermunicipal Agreement, as amended by the Board ofSelectmen, with one or more of the aforementioned towns for the purpose of continuingthe Pleasant Bay Resource Management Alliance to implement the plan and planupdates.
