AIP GEN 3.2- 1SEYCHELLES 2 JUN 11GEN 3.2 AERONAUTICAL CHARTS3.2.1 Responsible serviceThe Civil Aviation Authority of Seychelles provides awide range of aeronautical charts for use by the civilaviation industry. The aeronautical information serviceoffice produces the charts which are part of the AIP.All other aeronautical charts are produced by thedepartment of surveys. Charts suitable for pre-flightplanning and briefing, selected from those listed in theICAO Aeronautical Chart Catalogue (Doc7101) areavailable for reference at the AIS Unit. The charts areproduced in accordance with the provisions containedin ICAO Annex 4 Aeronautical Charts. Differences tothose provisions are detailed in subsection GEN 1.73.2.2 Maintenance of ChartsThe aeronautical charts included in the AIP are kept upto date by amendments to the AIP. Corrections to theaeronautical charts not contained in the AIP arepromulgated by AIP amendments.
