YvetteMiller, Samantha Prosser, Rachel Thompson, Aleena Wojcieszek, Julie Porter and Ashleigh Armanasco developed the 2010survey instrument, data collection methods and development of performance indicators on which this report is based. SamanthaProsser conducted the data analysis for this report. The design of this report was developed by Yvette Miller and Hazel Brittain inconsultation with Kirstine Sketcher-Baker, David Park and Kew Walker from the Centre for Healthcare Improvement (formerlyClinical Practice Improvement Centre) and Kerry Ann Ungerer from the Primary, Community and Extended Care Branch,Queensland Health.Queensland Health provides ongoing support to the Queensland Centre for Mothers & Babies in their work towards maternitycare reform in Queensland.
