Diabetes ClinicsThese sessions are held on the last Wednesday of each month and include education andexaminations by medical providers, a registered dietitian, a podiatrist, nurses, and otherhealth professionals. These clinics help people control their diabetes, which improves theirhealth and helps prevent complications.
