Security deposit shall be in any of theforms (a) Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable Bank (Model)format at Annexure(c) (b). Account Payee demand draft from aCommercial Bank in favour of The DIGP(Adm) Dte. General, CRPF,CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi payable at SBI, CGOComplex, New Delhi. The performance security should remain validfor a period of sixty days beyond- the date of completion of allcontractual obligations by the firm organization Bid security willrefunded to the successful bidder on receipt of performance. .Payment against Billinvoice shall be released within 180 days onlyafter receipt of store. No interest will be paid on the delayedpayment of stores. Payment will be made direct to the supplierthrough Demand Draft. No request for other mode of payment will:be entertained.Quantity of the stores.inoicated is subject to increase or decreaseat the discretion of the Competent authority without assigning any.reason.The tenderer should indicate the guarantee period in thequotation in the case of Machinery Equipment items .The minimumguarantee p~riod will be one year L!nlesson increased period isspecifically mentioned in the specification.Performance security Deposit as mentioned against column 1J willbe released after completion of all contractual obligations by thefirm organization. period or requisite standard of the stores within the guaranteeeriod is not undertaken to the best satisfaction of the user.19 While the quotee and the Government shall make every effort toresolve amicably by direct informal negotiation, even they if anydisagreement or dispute arising between them in connection withthe contract shall be settled under the Court of Law withinjurisdiction at New Delhi.
