Applications are invited from eligible Indian National candidates by 53 Coy ASC (Sup)Type „B‟ Colaba, Mumbai-05 for two posts of Mazdoor (No of posts likely to change) in the PayScale of Rs 5200-20200 + GP Rs 1800/- plus allowances. The distribution of reservedvacancies among various categories is as under :-(a) General - 01(b) Other Backward Classes - 012. The candidates should possess the following essential qualifications :-(a) Matriculation.(b) Physical fitness – Candidates applying for the post of Mazdoor will be requiredto carry a bundle of 50 Kgs for a distance of 150 mtrs. Candidate will be marked on theincreasing scale within the given time.(c) Passing of written test.3. The age-limit as on the closing date will be as under :-(a) General - 18 to 25 years(b) Other Backward Classes - 18 to 28 years4. Candidates fulfilling the above conditions may submit their application as per theformat given below and attach the following documents along with the application :-(a) Affixing two passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer –one on right hand corner of the application and another on the Acknowledgement Card.(b) Attested copies of following documents :-(i)(ii)(iii)Education Qualification Certificate.Birth CertificateCaste Certificate where applicable.5. Candidates will enclose a self addressed envelope, affixing postal stamps of Rs 22/-required for Registered Cover for return Acknowledgement Card so as to reach OfficerCommanding, 53 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘B’ , PIN-900497, C/o 56 APO by 1600 hrs within 21days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News/LocalDaily News Paper. The covering letter/envelope should be marked with “APPLICATION FORTHE POST MAZDOOR”. No application will be entertained after closing date i.e. 21 days fromthe date of publication of this advertisement notice in Employment News/Local Daily NewsPaper.6. Test/Interview will be held at 53 Coy ASC (Sup) Type „B‟ on dates mentioned inAcknowledgement Card for ease. Applicants should report to the place of test/interview on dateand time of test/interview as mentioned in the Acknowledgement Card. No separate letterexcept Acknowledgement Card will be issued.7. The individuals should be in possession of Acknowledgment Card sent by this unit andall original documents for verification at the time of interview. Individual who are not inpossession of Acknowledgement Card will not be entertained.8. The number of candidates to be called for interview will be restricted to ten times of thenumber of vacancies. A bench mark percentage will be fixed for the same depending on thenumber of applicants.9. The individuals should be in possession of Acknowledgement Card sent by this unitand all original documents for verification at the time of interview. Individual who are not inpossession of Acknowledgement Card will not be entertained.

NOTE :-(a) Please note that incomplete applications without affixing photograph orwithout enclosing attested copies of educational certificate/showing date of birth andcaste certificate (as applicable) or if applicant is found over age on last date ofreceipt of application as indicated above will be rejected and candidate will not beentertained for test.(b) Candidate must ensure that no column is left blank or wrongly filled.Applications not filled correctly are liable to be rejected and onus of such rejectionwould be on the candidate himself.
