Expenses/DisbursementsEDC shall reimburse the Supplier for all reasonableexpenses and other disbursements necessarily incurred in theperformance of the Services, provided that: (i) EDC hasgiven its prior written consent for any such expenses; (ii) theexpenses have been detailed on a form acceptable to EDCand submitted to EDC for review and approval inaccordance with EDC’s expense review and approvalpolicies; and (iii) appropriate documentation evidencing theexpenses is provided by the Supplier. All such expenseswill be invoiced at reasonable actual cost.InvoicesAll invoices shall reference the abovepurchase order number and shall be sentto:Accounts PayableExport Development Canada150 Slater StreetOttawa, OntarioK1A 1K3accountspayable@edc.caPayment TermsThe Supplier shall prepare and submit invoices monthly onthe 10th day of the month following the month in which theServices were rendered or the Deliverables were completedor accepted, as applicable. Each invoice shall specificallyreference the applicable EDC purchase order number, andinclude time sheets and any other documentation reasonablyrequested by EDC from time to time. EDC shall payapproved invoices within 30 days of receipt of such invoice.Payment shall be in Canadian funds unless otherwisespecified above.A-2
