Note *
1. Rates mentioned above at Column No.4 includes Minimum wage rate + Employers’
Contribution @13.61%.
2. Rates at Column No4 are exclusive of Insurance Charges, Service Tax and Service
charges.
3. Rates quoted by the bidder below rates mentioned against each station will be rejected.
Employer’s contribution towards EPF @ 13.61% and ESI @ 4.75% (Where ever applicable)
else medical insurance charges to be borne by the bidder.
4. In the Inspection quarter: -The service includes washing of utensils, bed sheets, pillow
covers, curtains etc.& helping to misc. jobs for up-keeping and House Keeping of the
inspection quarter and paying due attention to the visitors as per their needs.
