NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of BSNL by the ADDL.GMM "NTR" BSNL, Shimla for the
work of "House Keeping and Cleanliness services’ of different Microwave, OFC, Satellite and
other sites under the jurisdiction of ADDL.GMM "NTR" BSNL, Shimla. The tenderer must be
reputed and should have successfully completed similar works in BSNL/MTNL/DOT/Central
Govt. Organisations/PSU’s/state Govt., amounting to Rs 10(Ten) Lacs in each financial year,
in any three years during last five years. The work includes regular cleaning/housekeeping,
caretaking services in Inspection Quarters, , helping route parties to dig road etc. for carrying out
OFC repair and other associated works as per specifications laid down in the tender documents.

2 End date & time of sale of tender form 12:00 Hrs of 19.06.2012
3 Date of receipt of the tender Upto 14:00 Hrs. on 19.06.2012
4 Date of opening the tender at 15:00 Hrs. on 19.06.2012
5 Duration of contract One year (Extendable upto One year).
6 Estimated cost of work. Rs. 37,22,376/-
7 Earnest Money deposit Rs. 93,060/-
8 Cost of Tender form Rs.569/- (Non refundable) including ST @ 13.75%.
The tender in sealed cover prominently marked as “Tender for the work of House Keeping
and Cleanliness” should be addressed to SDE (Admn) O/o ADDL GMM NTR, BSNL, 35 SDA
Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla and should reach him up to 14:00 hrs on dated 19.06.2012. The
tender documents should be dropped in the sealed tender box kept in the office of The Sub
Divisional Engineer (Admn), O/o ADDL GMM NTR, BSNL, 35 SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla-9 by
14:00 Hrs. of dated 19.06.2012 and the same will be opened at 1500 hrs on the same day in the
presence of those tenderers/Authorised representatives who may wish to be present at their own
expenses. The tender received after the specified time and date will not be considered. In case of
holiday the tender will be accepted & opened on the next working day at the same time.
The tender document costing Rs.569/- containing terms and conditions can be had from

to 18.06.2012 and from 10:30 hrs to 12:00 Hrs on 19.06.2012 on submission of application along
with Cash/Demand Draft of Rs 569/- drawn in favour of A. O. (Cash), BSNL O/o DGMM, NTR,
Shimla (Payable at Shimla). The form can also be downloaded from our website www.ntr.bsnl.co.in.
In such case cost of the form should invariably be made in shape of Demand Draft in favour of
A.O. (Cash), BSNL O/o DGMM, NTR, Shimla (Payable at Shimla) & must be attached with the
Technical Bid. In such a case it will be considered that terms and conditions of whole tender
document have been read and understood by the bidder. The ADDL. GM (Mtce.), BSNL, NTR,
Shimla reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason
