We are a diverse, highly motivated and experienced group of educators. <strong>School</strong> <strong>Innovation</strong> <strong>Partners</strong><br />

(SIPS), who make up 60% of our staff, are exceptional former school teachers and leaders who work<br />

side-by-side with school partners to affect profound change for kids. <strong>Partners</strong>SI’s Board and senior<br />

management team leverage their comb<strong>in</strong>ed expertise <strong>in</strong> the areas of education reform, bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />

and organizational change management to fulfill the bold vision of deepen<strong>in</strong>g and broaden<strong>in</strong>g<br />
