Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct specified below expresses Grontmij’s business ethics goals which we strive to meet in our role as a consultant. If
found relevant, the Code of Conduct has been detailed in internal guidelines, which translate the Code of Conduct at the operational
level into specific rules that all employees must adhere to in their day-to-day business. The Code of Conduct is consistent with FIDIC’s
“Guidelines for Business Integrity Management in the Consulting Industry”.
Responsibility to society, the consulting
industry and employees

arrangements or secret pricing agreements
Grontmij does not condone corruption in
connection with the performance of the
assignments. Grontmij requires the same
standard of conduct to which we adhere
from our sub-consultants, business partners
and customers.
