The personal inspection fees will be charged by the inspection companies to the customer (or the customer’s customer) and are to be paid directly to the inspection company. The customer must ensure that we are authorized to commission the inspection company selected by the customer on behalf and at the expense of the customer’s customer. If not otherwise agreed, this authorization is considered granted when an inspection company is selected in the customer’s order.
