The committee also discussed the management action plans provided byInformation Services.Update on current /planned audits and other activitiesRed Flag Rule Update Compliance Management:Ms. Vogler discussed the compliance initiative regarding the Red Flags rule. She is working withthe individual departments to assist them in developing customized plans for their operations toensure requirements with the act. She provided the committee with an example departmentalcompliance plan for their review.Other Projects Update:Ms. Vogler presented a quarterly update <strong>of</strong> other projects that Internal Audit Services has beenworking on including copy machine security, unrelated business income review, enterprise riskmanagement and records retention program development.Foundation Accounting:Ms. Konecny updated the committee on the Foundation the preparation and filing <strong>of</strong> the IRSForms 990 and 990T. These forms will be presented to the Foundation Executive <strong>Board</strong> forapproval on <strong>May</strong> 11, <strong>2010</strong> and will be filed shortly thereafter.Information Services Audits – Touchnet Services Audit:Ms. Vogler reported that a Touchnet Services audit is currently being planned. She is workingwith <strong>JCCC</strong> staff and representatives from Touchnet Information Systems to review their SAS70audit report in order to assist in scoping this audit.Audit Recommendation Follow-upMs. Vogler shared updates on the status <strong>of</strong> prior audit recommendations made and answeredquestions.<strong>JCCC</strong> Ethics Report Line UpdateThe following summary data from the <strong>JCCC</strong> Ethics Report Line was discussed:Between February 13, <strong>2010</strong> and April 30, <strong>2010</strong>, nine reports were received via the <strong>JCCC</strong> EthicsReport Line.In three <strong>of</strong> those cases, the reporter wished to remain anonymous.All <strong>of</strong> the cases were received via the internet.Four cases were entered by a <strong>JCCC</strong> staff member on behalf <strong>of</strong> another individual.Of the 9 issues reported, as <strong>of</strong> April 30, <strong>2010</strong>:‣ Four cases were reviewed and appropriately addressed‣ Five cases are currently in process in Human ResourcesOf all cases previously reported as in process, all have been addressed14
