CaravanSERVICE LETTERCAL-53-03• The rivets that you install must be spaced in the same pattern as the other rivets installedthrough the stringer, and equally spaced from each other and from the rivets forward of themin the rows of rivets.C. Drill a No. 21 (0.159-inch diameter) hole at each position where you must install a rivet.D. Deburr and apply Alodine to bare metal.E. Install an MS20470AD5-4A-5 Rivet in each hole that you drilled.F. Install the tailcone panel 320A. (Refer to the Model 208 Maintenance Manual, Chapter 6, AccessPlates And Panels Identification - Description and Operation.)G. Do a touch up of the paint on the fuselage. (Refer to the Model 208 Maintenance Manual, Chapter20, Interior and Exterior Finish - Cleaning and Painting.)4. Remove the maintenance warning tags and connect the airplane battery.5.
