Chain wheel and electric actuatorcan also be used globe valve actuation is so requested.Bellville Spring Loaded Packing Impacting SystemIf requested by the client, the Belleville spring loaded packingimpacting can be adopted for enhancing the durability and reliability.SeatFor Carbon steel globe valve, the seat is usually forged steel. It has become of bottleneck for the popularisationand development of butterfly valves. They cannot replace gate, globe and ball valves.Through two years of scientific research and development, the “wedged high temperaturemetal seated butterfly valve” has been manufactured. It has been a perfect solution to theproblem that butterfly valves had been unable to suit conditions of high temperature andhigh pressure.1. Range of Application and PerformanceThis valve uses the patented double wedge structure and double hard alloy materialfor sealing face, which is superior to ordinary butterfly valves in resistance to hightemperature, high pressure and erosion. It can be used as open-and-close devicein pipelines carrying non-corrosive medium, such as water, steam and petroleum,temperature less than ≤425°c. With the use of chrome molybdenum steel, they can b esuitable for pipelines carrying corrosive acidic and alkaline medium, and other pollutionfree medium. The products are widely used in pipelines in the industries of petroleum,chemical, waterpower, thermal power, pharmaceuticals, foodstuff etc .
