Vertical Releases SBX IP 3.5 with many New Features for the Leading
Small Business IP telephony system
Release includes many voice mail feature enhancements, expands supported endpoints to include Vodavi digital
phones and offers improved administration capabilities.
Santa Clara, California, June 15, 2010– Vertical Communications, a leading provider of next-generation
IP-based phone systems and voice applications announced today significant enhancements to the awardwinning
SBX IP, a converged IP telephony system designed to meet the needs of small businesses.
Today’s availability of release 3.5 provides several voice mail feature enhancements, support for Vodavi
Starplus and Vodavi STSe digital phones and numerous feature updates to help small businesses further
increase productivity and efficiency.
SBX IP is a small business telephony system that incorporates enterprise class features, integrated voice
mail/auto attendant, Voice over IP (VoIP), CTI, Conferencing, IP soft phone support and multi-site

SBX IP Release 3.5 Enhancements
