This will impact on our Service Level Agreements (SLA). NormalSLA's will resume in mid January.Other NewsLexisNexis Risk Management has introduced the new ID Verification and Fraud Listingsearch, a search that allows you to check for any fraudulent information related to name andID number of a candidate. Now you are able to authenticate prospective employees' andbusiness partners' identities and, as an addition, also obtain any fraudulent information relatedto that Name and ID number.

Criminal Process UpdateThe Criminal Illicit Activity check is currently active on the RefCheck system with manycompanies making use of the check. New dates for training on the AFISwitch system havebeen set and will be available on the Training Registration Form. This form can be accessedvia the RefCheck website or through links from this communication. Purchase and RentalAgreement Forms remain unchanged.
